The Opportunity

As an Account Director at DDB Remedy you’ll be the voice of the client within the agency and the voice of the agency with the client. You’ll operate commercially, keeping everything moving proactively within a busy, supportive, fun, and rewarding environment.

 

Reporting to the Group Account Director, you’ll be an integral part of the clients extended team, providing a level of service that reflects our values and ensures our client’s business is foremost and every agency touchpoint is perceived positively.

 

You’ll be joining a global, high-performance account delivering strategic consultancy and creative campaigns from ideation to execution.

 

Relationships/Communication

  • You’ll quickly build trust & respect internally and externally, managing challenges with calm, inclusive, confident professionalism
  • Lead by example, think ahead, consider contingency plans, and oversee perfect execution
  • You’ll push for the best work by ensuring clear briefs and reasonable timings from the client and effectively harnessing relationships and resources
  • Sets up processes to proactively track client issues and help increase client loyalty
  • Strong verbal, written and facilitation skills to effectively communicate internally and with clients

Knowledge/Skills

  • You’ll have exceptional communication skills and demonstrable experience of creating and delivering presentations and written materials
  • You’ll have knowledge of all industry communication channels and proven experience of communicating and leveraging with team and client on the best use of each
  • You’ll understand and anticipates brand future trends and the ability to analyse the economic, financial and industry context
  • Commercially astute and champion for integration, with examples of creating client growth and positively contributing to Agency profitability
  • Experience of writing inspiring briefs
  • Develop, apply, and promote best practice and knowledge sharing

  • Seeks opportunities for modifying or adapting existing practices and pursues new ideas or innovative approaches

  • You’ll understand the big picture and be responsible for the day-to-day direction of the account, ensuring it’s on track both in terms of delivery and future planning
  • You’ll understand the commercial realities of the client’s business and spot opportunities for growth and development
  • You’ll continue to develop and will have a view on your career progression
  • Takes advantage of available resources to ensure the efficient delivery of creative solutions with consistency and speed
  • Delegates and coordinates tasks to achieve maximum productivity
  • You’ll have an analytical approach to both short and medium-term goals and objectives

Management/Leadership
