Overview

New Business Director

Location: 12 Bishop's Bridge Road, London W2 6AA

Reporting to: Management / Executive Team

About you:

The most important part of the process is you. We’re all wonderfully different with unique identifying characteristics, so, if you require any adjustments to complete your application or attend an interview, let us know and wherever possible we’ll make it work for you!

For us, people always come first, and ours are amazing. Everyone who comes through our door is not only talented and nice, but they’re themselves. Unique and diverse.

You love to win. Scrabble, quiz night, that seat on the bus but especially new business. You’re the kind of person who thrives on hunting for the hottest leads and delighting potential clients with unique proposals. A natural self-starter you’ll make things happen by knowing where to find, hook and carefully reel in opportunities so they don’t get away. With a practised set of soft skills, you are comfortable in front of any audience and great at reading a room – knowing when to press, and when to listen. To succeed you’ll need to know your gluteal from your cubitas and have proof of your success. In support, you’ll have over 150 engaged colleagues, made up of passionate client service folk, razor sharp strategists and a diverse and energetic creative department ready to help make great things happen.
